Whistleblowerordning

FGU Nordvest has established a whistleblower scheme in cooperation with the law firm Damkjær Lauritzen and the platform provider EQS Group A/S. Damkjær Lauritzen acts as the external administrator of the scheme and will receive all reports, making an initial assessment of whether the report falls within the scope of the scheme.

Our whistleblower scheme allows employees to report information about illegal activities and other serious matters, providing an alternative to the usual reporting channels.

You are, of course, still welcome to discuss any concerns with the relevant manager in our institution. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing so, or if you feel that your concern has not been handled properly, you may instead use the whistleblower scheme to submit your report.

Please note that the whistleblower scheme must not be used to submit false accusations, deliberately incorrect information, or other information that you do not have reasonable grounds to believe is accurate.

What can be reported and who can report

We have prepared a Whistleblower Policy, where you can read more about the illegal activities and other serious matters that may be reported through the scheme.

As stated in the Whistleblower Policy, the scheme cannot be used to report dissatisfaction with working or employment conditions, or personal conflicts in the workplace, unless they amount to severe harassment.

All current employees may use the whistleblower scheme.
